Jak & Daxter: Playthrough Part 19: Final Battle Against the Precursor Robot
42So it's all come down to this. The 4 colorful Eco Sages are free, Jak & Daxter has collected all of the Power Cells & Precursors Orbs, and Gol & Maia are now piloting a Precursor Robot that they reconstructed with their own artifacts.
Jak & Daxter must take a massive up and out of the Citadel to find the robot. When you first spot it, it's using a Blue Eco beam to slowly open up a Dark Eco Silo. Unfortunately, you're going to have to fight this thing the whole time while the silo is opening up under your feet.

First off, you have to use Yellow Eco to destroy the eye that the robot's firing his Blue Eco beam from.
Then he gets angry and fires a bomb at you. Touch it at all and you're instantly dead, even if you try to long jump under it, as you'll see in this video at 2:45.
Maia gloats, "Eco won't protect you now!" Actually, while the bomb is preparing to detonate, you can pick up some Blue Eco, and then run over to the Blue Eco Launcher to haul yourself into the air and away from the bomb, which then automatically explodes.
The Robot's next move is to use Green Eco to bring Dark Eco to life by creating monsters made out of the stuff. You take damage if you try to hurt them physically, so use Yellow Eco instead.
Then the robot launches another bomb at you. Dodge it the same way you did before. At this point, the Dark Eco Silo under your feet should be halfway open now, so be careful not to fall in.

The Precursor Robot then uses an cannon arm to fire balls of Red Eco onto the field. Just jump over the waves they make when they explode, and use more Yellow Eco to destroy the arm.
Then the Robot launches a 3rd bomb. Once again, use Blue Eco to leap high and out of its way.
The Robot then brings out his giant gun of Yellow Eco that he fires straight at you. Use your own form of Yellow Eco to blow that up, too.

The Precursor Robot, or should I just say Gol & Maia, get even angrier and more desperate than ever, and prepare to launch multiple bombs at you with no way to dodge them this time.
But before any of that happens, the pillars surrounding the Dark Eco Silo activates and combines Green, Blue, Red, & Yellow together to create the ultimate counter to Dark Eco: Light Eco!
Light Eco is the rarest form of all Eco, to the point that Gol didn't even know that it existed. Since it's Light Eco, Daxter thinks he can use it to change back to normal from his Dark Eco-induced ottsel form, but he decides to screw it and let Jak use it to save the world, instead.

So try not to panic too much that there are no several OHKO bombs ready to kick your ass. Just wait for the Light Eco to fall on to the area, and reach for the closest white puff that you can reach.
Jak was overwhelmed by an incredible power! Channeling 4 different types of Eco all at once! Before Gol & Maia could do anything about it, Jak used his Light Eco powers to destroy the Precursor Robot. He very quickly changed back to normal after this.
Gol & Maia were in the head of the Robot, and said head fell into the Dark Eco Silo, along with the dark duo. No one knows whether they survived the dip or not, but we'll never know because the silo seals back up after they fall in.

Jak & Daxter has finally saved world! With this, and their rad victory dance, they've finally completely earned Samos' respect and gratitude after he was being such a jerk to them for most of the game.
The bad news is that now, Daxter is permanently stuck being an ottsel, but the good news is that he doesn't mind it now. Keira also gets some praise for her brains and ingenuity, as the Red Sage sees another sage in her.
Once again, nobody knows if Gol & Maia survived their dip in the Dark Eco, even though they're already tainted with the stuff, but Daxter is sure that he and Jak can handle them again if they show up.
He then gets annoyed with Jak when he sees that he and Keira about to kiss, so he broke it up before it happened. Dammit...
