Original Description: I probably shouldn't have recorded cause my throat is now sore again. lol Also, I practically did everything I wanted to do back when I got into it for 2 weeks. And I guess I never really explained what happened because I could still hear family outside my door. Back in 2020 November-ish, my heart started to beat wicked fast and wouldn't slow down. Went to the er, remember sitting down/laying down helped but when I had to go to the bathroom, the nurses brought in the potty seat, not the bed pan. So, as I stood up my heart rate went 160. It was scary. I have heart problems. Hearts not supposed to do that when you just stand up. Got transferred to the hospital I usually go to. Stayed overnight few nights. Did tests. Other things happen but in short I developed POTs like symptoms. Turns out, since I stopped exercising cause I couldn't go out to walk cause of covid, my leg muscles became so weak that it couldn't pump enough blood to my heart. And my heart wasn't getting enough blood or oxygen? Something like that. So, that's why it sped up. Took me months of slowly gaining back to being able to actually walk. Meds got changed and stuff.
I had a CATH procedure back in Jan 2021 to help with it but I'm not sure if the doctors could do what they wanted? They wanted to speed up my heart to see what was happening?? But they couldn't and deemed it was too dangerous to proceed with it cause I might've died. So, they took measurements and stuff. I think they did burn something... There is a technical term. There was also scar tissue? Idk. I'm not too knowledgeable of this. I rather not know cause it makes me worried. But I am all good now. Just have to walk an hour a day and stand up more often then sitting down..... Which I should go do right now.
