Fireworks rules aren't so strict in Japan. You can buy them almost anywhere and set them off all over the place as long as you're not doing it in obviously dangerous areas. So Michika and I decided to buy four different ones and set them off by the river! With names like 'Jaws panic' and 'Ultra Bomber' you know they have to be fun!
