I just don't understand why you would rail on capitalism in general in the game industry when the only games that people find fun tend to be capitalistic in nature. I cant really think of a situation where you can make a fun game that does not involve incentives in some way shape or form.

Minecraft creative mode still has a ton of incentive. Most of the top builders are people who have figured out countless ways to profit from their effort.

In the case of building things just to relax, you are still utilizing the parts of the brain that involve providing goods and services for a capitalistic society. The reason why those things are fun is because of the genetic advantage you gain from honing and improving your skills to survive in capitalist society.
