Looks like around 20:56.8, so basically 20:57. This was a very flat trail with crushed stone/loose gravel, so it ran a lot faster than the hilly course I usually run. I'm decently happy with the time, but I know I can get this way down from here. Just need to train consistently and intelligently. 5K conversion here would be about 20:51-20:52.
A 5K is 5km, or 3.10686mi. This was right around the 3.12 mile mark, but it's a safe 'definitely a 5K' distance on this trail. On this run, I dropped twice, which kinda stinks, but I'll have a lot more runs where I don't drop in the future.
