Joker Joe Is angry again and tries to bait me into getting my channels deleted PArt 2
0Wow everyone Joe is really mad this morning! I mean he is on his little channel making big claims again as to why his channel was taken down by me. LOL!. It is the fact he is just wanna be artist that uses other peoples work to fool others. That is why he cant get channel back. Being a fraudster like him will not get you anywhere kids. I took a bite out of crime this month and shut him down for piracy. He can say what he wants but his channel is gone due to me taking my time and the effort to report him into the people he stole from. Now he is tryibg to bait me into uploading videos so he can make fake claims on so my channel will be taken down . Nice try Joe . Try working on your new channel loser.

In other words, “any person who sends a Notice Of Claimed Infringement ("NOCI") [to an online service provider] with knowledge that claims of infringement are false may be liable for damages.” Online Policy Group v. Diebold, Inc., 337 F. Supp. 2d 1195, 1202 (N.D. Cal. 2004).
Misrepresentations.—Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents under this section—
(1) that material or activity is infringing, or
(2) that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification,
shall be liable for any damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees, incurred by the alleged infringer, by any copyright owner or copyright owner’s authorized licensee, or by a service provider, who is injured by such misrepresentation, as the result of the service provider relying upon such misrepresentation in removing or disabling access to the material or activity claimed to be infringing, or in replacing the removed material or ceasing to disable access to it.
