2Chuck lands in Jordan and heads to the capital: Amman. He eats at Hashem, the oldest restaurant in the city known to make the best falafel in the Middle East. Even the Royal family stops by this legendary eatery! Chuck follows in the footsteps of Indiana Jones rushing straight to the Treasury and Monastery tombs that bookend the ancient Nabataean city of Petra. He gets inspired by the dramatic landscape and sets up an improvised kitchen in the middle of Jordan's lost city. Chuck drives his pick-up truck through the pink rocks and sand dunes of the Wadi Rum desert. He arrives to an isolated Bedouin camp and spends the night with a nomad family who offers him Bedouin coffee, a symbol of hospitality and trust. Chuck cooks his version of the traditional dessert Om Ali on a fire pit to thank them.
