Found this weird area in Broken Bridge OOB right on the edge of Blackness (north-west side). A regular blackness plane kicks in instantly but this area is different: it fades in and out, sometimes gradually, sometimes sharply depending on which side you walk at and which direction the camera is facing. This forms a weird "twilight zone" perhaps similar to Semi-Blackness found at the start of the Underground level.
