Phineas and Ferb is a 2007–2015 American cartoon series created by Dan Povenmire and Jeff "Swampy" Marsh for the Disney Channel and Disney XD. It is a very formulaic show, where each episode follows the same two plots. Two young boys, Phineas Flynn and his stepbrother Ferb Fletcher, build something implausible or downright impossible, only for it to mysteriously disappear before their sister Candace can prove it to their mom. Meanwhile, their pet platypus Perry, who is actually a secret agent, foils the evil schemes of mad scientist Dr. Doofenshmirtz, which always ends up inadvertently making the boys' contraption disappear.
In the episode titled "Journey to the Center of Candace," the boys build a shrinking submarine to retrieve their friend Isabella's scout badge sash from her dog's stomach, but instead accidentally end up in Candace's stomach after the dog runs away.
