Judgement Silversword Normal Mode ALL Clear - Secret Ship
13Yeah, this one's another Normal Mode 1cc of Judgement Silversword, this time w/ the secret ship! To tell you this wasn't my 1st 1cc of JSS Normal Mode w/ the secret ship, it's like my 2nd or so 1cc of it. When I unlocked the secret ship & tried it out in Normal Mode, I 1cc'ed it just like that (Yeah, the secret ship's truly as powerful as they say. More on that in a bit). Yeah, while it took me a week & a half or so to 1cc JSS Normal using the default ship, w/ the secret ship, I 1cc'ed Normal in one go, lol.
So yeah, to unlock the secret ship: What most people have done is that, once you 1cc JSS Normal mode in some way or form for the 1st time, special mode unlocks (It's basically a boss rush mode, w/ some new bosses). To get the special ship, you have to 1cc special mode in some way or form, but 1cc'ing it is rather brutal to do, based on what's seen in the leaderboards, so most people would go to unlock god mode first (It essentially makes your ship immortal), which you get by reaching option lvl 33 in the game. Once that's unlocked, just go through special mode, and there, you unlock the secret ship for normal play & to use in special mode as well.
Now, for the secret ship... Well, it's really as powerful as they say. Your focus shot's your blue laser, which pierces through enemies (It's also one you want to know how to use, if you want to score pretty well in this game using the secret ship). Your wide shot's your homing shot, which homes in on enemies, & is also quite powerful. Your shield, when you use it, pushes bullets away from you, as well as hurting enemies for a good amount of damage, making it very useful, if you're in a pinch. Also, if you use it, you actually don't lose your base multiplier, which is a huge difference from the default ship. However, it drains pretty fast, though, so you don't want to necessarily rely on it alone. Lastly, the secret ship moves pretty fast, compared to the default ship. Overall, really strong ship.
So this run, I actually No Miss areas 1 through 28. I lost my 1st life at area 29, and then, the battle against Divine Flow & The TLB three forms went pretty terribly (In-fact, the TLB is a bit different in the final form, if you use the secret ship), which was unfortunate, but oh well. I'll probably want to improve this run sometime in the future, but for the meantime, I'll leave it as is here.
Alright, time to work on hard mode of JSS using the secret ship!
