Juggling + Running a Mile in 5:29.97 (1600m in 5:27.94, 1500m in 5:07.77)
Good progress...still need to get this time down. First lap was a 77-78 -- I think I can hold that in a few more weeks of training, but I backed off here wisely in Lap 2, though Lap 3 was way too casual. I'll even those out next time, maybe 80.5 or 81 next time around, though I do need to improve some of my other times for final submissions for the World Championships (virtual this year).
Taken with a Rylo 360 camera -- but unfortunately it took forever to process since there's no Windows support for it. GoPro Fusion is too heavy to wear on my head comfortably...so ehh, I'll just have to adjust to waiting hours for the phone to process these, lol.
