Juno First is a 1983 arcade game by Konami. It's a space shooter but with fairly complex mechanics. It was never ported to consoles back in the day but did receive ports to Atari 8-bit, Commodore 64, IBM PC, and MSX. This is the first time that the IBM PC port (published by Datasoft) has been located and dumped. Ironically, it seems that this PC Booter port is the best one! The game takes advantage of a composite CGA monitor. This footage is running in the DOSBox-LFN branch, which can emulate composite CGA.

Check out my gameplay footage video of the game, along with sound!
