So I got around to completing Just Cause 2 on the PC, only 9 years after I bought it ;-)
Running on a Xeon E5450 overclocked to 3.6GHZ, paired with a 6GB GTX 1060 and 8GB DDR2 RAM.
I think I stopped playing it because I couldn't find any more missions, and didn't realise at the time I had to raise my Chaos level to get more "faction missions" to pop up, then do them, or raise more Chaos to get the final "Agency mission" to pop up.
I remember finishing it on Xbox 360 though, when it was free with Games with Gold. I looked at my Steam store purchase history and apparently I bought this for £29.99 in June 2010.
I remember there was a channel on Sky TV that used to just show Gameclips/gameplay of games, and I was browsing channels and came across this one day, and it looked like a fun game, so I waited till text came up on the screen showing the name of the game. I think that's what made me want it in the first place.

All settings on high/max, 1920x1080 v-sync off.
