First full attempt at a Just Cause 3 speedrun. Obviously lots to improve in both routing and execution. I have not done any real looking for sequence breaks.

Also there were some major problems with the game:
-game crashes around 42 minutes in
-OBS crapped out around 1:50
-I restarted the game when trying Rice and the Rose because homing missiles stopped working
-Bavarium on a Plane and Shatterer of the Worlds were also affected by the homing missile problem
