So, someone in my community asked me to put this together to put some eyes on the problem. Apparently Kakao Games overcompensated people for items they lost (true statement), but instead of eating the loss Kakao Games decided to strip players of their credits, regardless if they were purchased with money or they were compensation credits. This is just another example of Kakao and their inability to properly manage their own game, their own products.
