Kangaroos Unique Way To Cool Down

Kangaroos have a unique way to cool down. Kangaroos live in Australia, where temperatures can rise up to 40 °C during summer months, so how do they survive in such high heat environment? Kangaroos have a network of blood vessels in their forearms, and when they lick them until they’re soaking wet, their whole-body temperature is lowered as the saliva evaporates, cooling their warm blood.
