It’s probably best to summon Arise-Heart and Borrel Savage to Elf’s arrows to give them targeting protection.
It might be better to not summon Shangri-Ira in this combo so you can have a 3 mat Arise-heart for have spot removal immediately.

You could consider not running Denglong to only have one garnet for the combo (Kashtira bricks hard) but I include it because two garnets isn't much.
