The complex lay out of their factory AND the color used on the map often made me think we had been there before. But, hey, it's me at the helm here. Lower those expectations! Lower. Loooower. That should be good. You'll know you're at the right level of expectation when you've lost any hope of expeediant success.
I also want to be honest. While the game does make me laugh at how dumb it is, I'm not enjoying it as much as I'd hope. Something something tropes, yaknow? The bugs keep me laughing; the metroidvania keeps me mildly interesting; the theme and the tropes make me roll my eyes until I'm dizzy. I do hope I'm at least midway through the game. Which is funny! At one time I felt like upgrades were coming too quickly! Now I want them to come faster!
