Ken Griffey Jr.'s Winning Run was a baseball game released late in the SNES's life. Rare developed it, so it had the same amazing graphics for the time that Donkey Kong Country games had. It also had some pretty cool menu music.

Griffey is the only player whose name appears in the game because there wasn't a license acquired for the rest. As a result, the rest of the players get made up names. (i.e., Cecil Fielder is Chief Caboose, Barry Bonds is Muscles McFee, etc.).

There's only one difficulty level, so it's tough to get into the game at first, and even later on it's not easy to cheese the computer. I used to play this game all the time when I was younger, but I was a bit rusty in the first few innings. I start to get the hang of things in the later innings.

I'm playing as the Detroit Tigers against the San Francisco Giants.
