We ditched the whole Tokamak fusion technology and switched over to antimatter induced fusion to power the Ramius II space vehicle. With Methylox fuel we also get much higher thrust to mass ratio when we switch over to internal fuel. All this technology is of course hamstrung by an aerodynamic design which isn't well balanced.
