The final product of the livestream after lots of further tuning. Lots of mods are needed, the crew containers are scaled up using tweakscale, so it's bigger than it looks. Most of the main tanks are procedural tanks. 1st stage has 42 scaled down Vector engines, they're packed so close that they have a habit of overheating and exploding during launch. I also couldn't manage the reentry profile of the 2nd stage and had to tweak the thermal effects down to make it survive. Refueling docking is at 90 degrees to avoid problems with clipping. No I'm. It landing back in the launchpad because it's almost impossible and will explode anyway.
