Xilinx is a pain. All of her attacks except for the below-the-ground spike move all come out super fast, and she can chain them into more whip attacks for extra damage. The attacks all have incredible range and she's very good at hitting you from afar, making it very hard to keep a proper distance. It also feels like she's very good at popping you out of the air, making moves like aerial Souga (ソウガ) and Hayate (ハヤテ) really hard to use, in turn, making it hard to get around Xilinx if she corners you.

I tried to be relatively patient and try to work my way in whenever opening showed itself, sometimes praying she'd go for an anti-air whip attack when I'm up close. I used grounded Souga (ソウガ) into a spell cancel to get behind her, as grounded Souga (ソウガ) normally recovers really slowly, but makes it much easier to get behind Xilinx scot-free.
