This is video #030 in my Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days playthrough. I forgot to cash in the Challenge Sigils at the end of the previous video, so I show that at the start of this video. For 5 Sigils, Roxas gets a Slot Releaser--always a good prize. For 10 Sigils, he gets the Haste panel, which increases his running speed. For 15 Sigils, he gets the Casual Gear (2) weapon panel. For 20 Sigils, he gets 3 Fire panels. For 25 Sigils, he gets 3 Cure panels. For 30 Sigils, he gets another Slot Releaser.

This is Day 71, and Roxas embarks on Mission 20 to destroy Shadow Globs in Twilight Town. The required objective is easy enough, but for the optional objective, bring along plenty of Fire panels. The Shadow Globs are stationary blobs stuck to floors, walls, or ceilings. Some of them are out of reach. There are also some regular enemies around to keep things interesting.

In the Side Street area, one Shadow Glob is high on the wall near the western exit, and another is at window height on the wall near the southeastern exit. To deal with the first glob easily, try to avoid destroying the crate while fighting the enemies, or you will need to use magic. In the Under the Tracks area to the west, a chest contains a Panacea.

In the Sandlot, one Shadow Glob is on the western wall and the other is high on the eastern wall. Again, try to avoid destroying the crate below the eastern glob, although you may be able to reach it if you have the Chrono Gear or the Lift Gear equipped. On the northern edge of the Sandlot, you can find the Ordeal Badge.

The remaining nine Shadow Globs are scattered around the Tram Common. While searching for the globs, be careful of the Watchers scattered throughout the area. There is a Shadow Glob on the southeast wall; it can only be destroyed with magic. The one north of the southern bridge can be reached with magic or by jumping from the bridge. The one in the southern alcove can be reached with an aerial attack, but it is protected by a Guardian. Fortunately, this Guardian has nowhere near as much HP as the one in Mission 11 on Day 22. The fourth glob is right on the ground near the shops in the southwest.

In the western part of the Tram Common near the stairs, two Shadow Globs are high on the buildings on either side of the footpath. Magic is necessary to destroy these two. The next glob is on the northwestern side of the green building. It is easy to reach with a jump attack. The next glob is on the east wall in the northern alcove. It is easy to reach, too, but it is guarded by two Watchers. The final glob is on the roof of the northeastern building in the main area. For now, it can only be destroyed by magic.

Also in the Tram Common, the chest in the northeastern corner of the main area contains a Panacea. The Unity Badge is on top of the east central building.

As Roxas reaches the dark corridor and prepares to RTC, he is stopped by a familiar person: Axel! The two spend some time on the clock tower before they RTC.

The mission rewards include the Guard Unit (L), which links to a weapon panel and increases defense.

As Day 72 begins, there is a scene between Axel and Saïx. Sounds like some interesting things went on at Castle Oblivion. Again, Saïx makes mention of someone named Naminé and some mysterious chamber in the castle. Very revealing if you have played Chain of Memories.

When Rox arrives in the Grey Area, he learns that Axel will be joining him on the mission. Very good! However, the Challenge and Mission Mode versions of Mission 20 can now be played.
