This is video #034 in my Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days playthrough. It's time to redo Mission 21 in Mission Mode. This time, I will use Marluxia as my Organization character. You still have to follow Pete across the city until you reach the path to the Cave of Wonders.

In the Entrance Hall, you will encounter another Scarlet Tango in place of the Dire Plant in the normal mission. In the Pillar Room, there are a ton of Loudmouths, which can be very annoying. Killing them all will reveal the Large Armor. Plenty of Fire spells will help defeat this beast.

The reward for finishing this mission in Mission Mode the first time is 3 Mission Crowns.

Then, at 19:15, Roxas gears up for the Challenge for Mission 21. This challenge is not terribly difficult, compared to the regular mission. The enemy level increased only by 2. To get all three Challenge Sigils, you have to clear the mission in seven minutes or less. I suggest having the Haste panel equipped, as well as plenty of Blizzards and Fires.

The biggest pain in this challenge is following Pete around. If you mess up once, you might as well withdraw and restart the challenge.

If you have a Glide panel, this challenge will be a bit easier. In the Cave of Wonders Entrance Hall, just kill all the Scarlet Tangos on the ground, knock the crate to the southeast, trip the switch, and glide over to the northern ledge. This cuts out a lot of crate moving.

At any rate, Blizzard will help eliminate the small enemies here. Save the Fire for the Large Armor.

I show two challenge runs: 20:29, where I earned 2 Challenge Sigils, and 29:26, where I earned the third Sigil.

Finally, starting at 38:41, I do a final run through Mission 21 in normal mode to finish collecting the last four treasure chests. Here are the chests I got:

Cave / Abyss, west die: Iron
Cave / Entrance Hall, high southeast ledge: Potion
Agrabah Gate, southwest building top: Shining Shard
Agrabah Street, southeast bridge: Potion

And that is finally it for this long mission.
