MERRY CHRISTMAS! Well, that's when I planned the release of this video, anyways.

This is a boss hack that is challenging for all of the wrong reasons. That being said, these heartless were spawned by Pete; it makes perfect sense for them to be infuriating. Here is why they are both annoying and challenging: They're mob spawners. As it turns out, Volcano/Blizzard Lord's attacks spawn a UCM, which is easily replaceable via MDLX/MSET swapping. I took full advantage of this to make them a nuisance. We're not talking little ice cubes or rejected Pokémon fire starters, but the worst designed heartless in the game (Crimson Jazzes) and something equally as annoying (Spring Metals). Yes, they're also moveset modded.

You must take every opportunity possible to keep your Magnega up. This will cancel out all Spring Metal hitboxes as soon as they are caught in it, preventing you from being juggled in the air endlessly by tornadoes. In addition, Magnega can instantly catch the Crimson Jazzes when they spawn, preventing their Ember Chase. You must make it your first priority to rid yourself of most of these mobs before attacking the lords. If Magnega cannot be cast safely, you have two reliable options: Time a Reflega for when the Spring Metal is about to unleash its tornado, because it will pull you in, reflecting damage back to itself. The other option is to Trinity, Elixir, and then use a shortcut Magnega. You can conserve your Drive to regenerate your MP if you are caught in the air without being able to Trinity.

What happens if you lose control of the fight? You'll either be endlessly juggled in tornadoes until too many mobs spawn for the game to handle, or the Spring Metals will kill you by dragging you into the air with weak hits, and then stalling out your Second Chance/Once More.

Occasionally, Limit Form may not allow you to instantly revert. If this happens, perform a Limit and you'll be able to afterwards. I find that the most reliable is Strike Raid. If you want to fight in Limit Form, keep in mind that Ripple Drive is great for clearing out the mobs as well.

When the Elemental Lords get low on HP, they'll start disappearing and spawning Runemasters. If you don't take them out quickly, they will massacre you with endless spells that can all hit you, regardless of who uses them or what spell it is. However, they can also be caught in Magnegas.

Finally, when clearing out the swarming heartless, one of the Lords will eventually float towards you with their staff stretched out in a guard pose. Use the spell they are weak to in order to stagger them. If you do not, they will sit there and slowly spawn more mobs. If the Elemental Lord is low on the ground, but is floating away from you, they are about to spawn five heartless. Volcano Lord will spawn those heartless close to him, but Blizzard Lord will spawn them around you.
