It's an interactive visual novel with a murder mystery theme. You search for evidence and piece together the story. You select from different character skill sets and apply stats. The game has events with skill stat checks where you also roll dice. The interaction keeps you engaged and the story is interspersed with humour keeping it interesting. It's just a shame the player doesn't have the freedom of choice to show evidence to any chosen character. In fact items are only used when the game wants you to use them. It just makes the game feels a little more compressed or linear than it could have been.
