This is Killer Instinct for the SNES on Normal difficulty.. beaten really fast. The reason it looks faster is, well ... because it is. If you didn't know, you can increase the battle speed by pressing Right + all 3 punches, at the VS screen. :P so I do this the whole time. It makes things faster, but can also make it a lot harder sometimes. Either way, this is a fun, short run :) This could have gone a lot faster if some of them didn't spam block lol. Enjoy :)
