After accessing the security center you will have to rappel down a building. You will land in a big room with some enemies. On the left side of the room is a door. Go through that door and you will come to a corridor with a camera and an enemy. Activate the Ghost Van-Guard if you have it equipped. If not, then wait until the enemy moves on and shoot the camera. Go through the door with the green light and through the window. From there you can reach the Judge's chamber and stealthily melee the captain from behind. You have to successfully complete the touchscreen prompts 3 times in a row to earn a new intel as well as the trophy.
