This is a tough fight, you need the King to help at least once to deal with the heartless to prevent you from getting the EXP, you may even need him for a 2nd or even 3rd+ time.

I'm not sure what level you get Slide Dash or if you get it as a bonus from Land of the Dragons but that will make things easier during the 2nd form of this guy, if you get it from levels then you might not be able to get it even after clearing Land of the Dragons and Olypmus Colisseum so you'll have to go the hard way!

At the start do your best to weaken the statues and when they're almost dead kill yourself if you're still alive at that point, whatever the case is then finish them with the king then approach the door to make the bats spawn, kill all them and approach the door again for the final group of bats, these bats can do alot of damage with their sonar like attack so stay in the air as much as possible and try to come out of combos when your far away so that you don't drop onto their attacks.

If you die as Mickey whilst trying to kill the heartless you may as well start again unless you're feeling lucky.

When the heartless are down then wait for the door to attack before approaching for a combo then back off and repeat, when the spirit pops out and you finish that off the door becomes alot harder with his new homing orb attack, the only way to avoid it is with well timed blocks, it can be pretty confusing because of how they move and how the 1st lot of orbs miss but the last ones hit, this is the part where you may need Mickey to help a 2nd time, if he appears again then just constantly attack the door to weaken it as much as possible.

You can stand at the top of the area near the suits of armour as Mickey to recharge his Drive Guage, you can still be hit but alot of the orbs will miss.

I rushed this fight and didn't care about dying because I thought the above about Mickey spawning was true, you could take it slowly by attacking the door once or twice and backing off, when he starts shooting dark energy at you then I think you can avoid it by jumping up and air comboing the door after he shoots them.

Mickey's Pearl attack is magic and therefore barred, if magic is allowed then his Pearl absolutely rapes Thresholder and the heartless, just stand up by the suit of armour as I was toward the end and spam it.
