Normally if you use Auron's Bushido Limit on Cerberus if you are on the steps part of the fight it won't do much damage at all. So instead, you can just not do the Limit and Aerial Recovery combo the heads. I haven't really died doing this strat because of Auron's healing abilities, but I guess there's a very slim chance it could happen.
