Kingdom Hearts III has two performance modes: Default mode, which runs the game at 60fps, and Stable mode, which runs the game at 30fps. The PS4 and PS4 Pro both could run the game up to 60fps in Default mode, but the PS5 appears to stay at 60fps. Most cutscenes appear to be in 30fps no matter the setting though.
