The last main game in the series has gotten the same treatment as the others. As with all of these mouse injector hacks, the addition of mouse input does make the game much easier. The ability to turn around very quickly gives you options that you normally wouldn't have because of the slow rotation speed when using the controller which takes a solid 3 seconds to make a 180 degree turn. The controller makes it much harder to flank an enemy and attack them from behind.
But that being said, the game can still be quite challenging if you are unfamiliar with it. All sorts of traps, ambushes, and enemies can still catch you off guard if they are unknown to you. And what you lose in difficulty from using the mouse and keyboard you gain just as much in being able to look around freely and fully take in the environment which is a big draw to these games.
