Played on the bsnes-mercury Balanced core in RetroArch with the supplied patch that disables the cursor from moving on the x-axis while walking so you can move your character left and right without moving the crosshair.
It could benefit from a difficulty hack for use with the mouse to make it a little more challenging. Something like increasing the speed at which the enemies emerge and the amount/speed of their bullets would be interesting. But despite the ease this is still a very fun game to play on mouse and keyboard.
