In the final room of this level, King Dedede finally shows how he helps out Kirby: You get to play as him while Kirby rides on his back!
He has a pretty limited moveset compared to Kirby, but he's only used for brief moments within the level, anyway. Dedede will mainly jump, climb, and smack walls and enemies away with his hammer.
He also has a bit of a voice, but you'll only hear it when he gets hit.
It's cute that the whole team decide to take another picnic break within the ruins. They seem pretty chill against the danger ahead of them.
