It is the sixth main game in the Star Ocean series. This game takes place between Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness and Star Ocean: Till the End of Time. For the first time since Star Ocean: The Second Story, dual protagonists are featured. You can watch the story unfold from the point of view of Raymond Lawrence, the captain of a merchant spaceship, or Laeticia Aucerius, the crown princess of a kingdom on an underdeveloped planet.
