3Warning! The Oil Sites are very low on Oil. You need to construct a fair amount of Oil Tankers and Power Plants! The Survivors attack from the east with off-map spawns while their base in the north-east corner stays inactive for some minutes. Enough time to tech up and train a medium attack force, which holds off the off-map spawns while waiting for the first attack from the blue base. But first, send all your troops west until you reach wide area inside the canyon. Build your base there. Once the first attack from the north is over, send your medium army up, out of the canyon heading east to the first blue Oil Tower. Hold the position and destroy every blue Oil Tanker which wants to deliver Oil.
