KnightMan's main way of annoying you (Besides his shield) is to walk towards you. Really. Like TomahawkMan's Troll Jump and BlizzardMan's troll skiing move, they are cornering tools that seem to happen randomly.
KnightMan is quite slow though so you have plenty of time to react to what he does.
If you have some room, lure his Knight Crush far away from him so you have a lot of time to punish him.
Other than trying to keep your distance, there isn't much to this fight really. Easier than I expected.
