@Kjoa's discovery of the stun route's ender is one I encourage everyone to explore, especially if you're struggling with 2A~6B, 214D, 623C~6D. I already showcased it in my "KOF XV K' Two New Exclusive 100+ Hit TOD Combos Vol. 2" https://youtu.be/0R22CBP6kGI but wanted to revisit again the fact that it does indeed work on everyone, which is proven with Chris being selected as the dummy. In the case you're missing the 623C, it's definitely due to the fact that 2A~6A was done too low, and the 2144BD isn't being done fast enough.
The finisher is a toned down version of the one recently discovered by @GameStuff. By itself, using cl.C (2 hits), the damage is about 765, but replace cl.C with cl.D the damage skyrockets to 775. Up until now, the strongest CD~236C starter finishers I've found were only around 760, but Gamestuff managed to find a branch that opens the way for 770+ damage, a discovery well worthy of recognition - well done friend!
