In the beginning, some ghost Mini-Neckies will take turns swooping into you. Either dodge them or jump on them until it's the living Mini-Necky's turn. Jump on him and a barrel will appear which you need to use to hit Kreepy Krow with. Use the hooks that appear to go up and then climb up the ropes while dodging the eggs to reach the next part of the fight.
The 2nd and 3rd parts to the fight are exactly the same, albeit more difficult. Dodge/kill the ghost Mini-Neckies, kill the live one, hit Kreepy Krow with the barrel, and climb the hooks and ropes while dodging the eggs.
