Rules:

Ground Forces:
Each turn the player can launch 22 points worth of vehicles.
If a gun is not turreted (yaw range of 20), halve the point value and
round down. The gun can be mounted one hull smaller than the previous
limit.
Medium hulls and larger come with a co-axial .50 cal machine gun.
Only the super heavy hull can support more than one turret larger than
20mm.

Air Forces:
Each turn the player can launch either 5 fighters, 4 heavy fighters, 3
attackers, 2 tactical bombers, 1 strategic bomber or a combination.
Each turn aircraft can be moved up to 150km between bases, FOBs and
carriers without using any fuel.
Each aircraft should have a radar data receiver on it to allow it to
scramble earlier if a radar station is nearby.
Fighters can have 1 engine, 1 kerbal, 7 armament points
Heavy fighters can have 2 engines, 2 kerbals, 9 armament points and a
maximum of 500lbs of bombs.
Attackers can have up to 2 engines, 2 kerbals, 12 armament points and a
maximum of 1600lbs of bombs or 1 torpedo.
Tactical bombers can have up to 3 engines, 3 kerbals, 18 armament
points and a maximum of 5000lbs of bombs or 1 torpedo.
Strategic bombers can have up to 4 engines, 5 kerbals and 25
armament points.

 Ammo box – 1 point
 .30 cal machine gun – ½ point
 .30 cal turret – 1 point and a kerbal to operate it
 .50 cal machine gun – 1 point
 .50 cal turret (attackers and bombers only) – 3 points and a kerbal to
operate it
 .50 cal ball turret (strategic bombers only)– 4 points and a kerbal to
operate it
 15mm cannon – 2 points
 20mm cannon – 3 points
 23mm cannon – 3.5 points
 30mm cannon – 4 points
