Rules

General:
The capital city will produce a supply unit and cannot be destroyed by bombs but if taken the war is over
Cities produce a supply truck each turn only if the city is not destroyed.
Cities have 15000 pounds of damage they can take from bombs until they are destroyed
A forward operating base can be made by a supply unit where aircraft can be stationed and operated from, supply units can also make bridges
Supply units can repair up 5000 pounds worth of bomb damage to a city
If a city is fully destroyed it must be fully repaired before it is operational again
The first 10 turns will be in the WW1 era
The next 10 turns will be early WW2
Next will be late WW2
Then the Cold War
If need be it will keep going on
Supply units can construct 3 unarmoured AA emplacements of
a maximum calibre of 20mm, 3 unarmoured AT emplacements of a
maxiumum calibre of 37mm, or 1 AA/AT emplacement with a calibre of
more than 20mm (unless in a medium/large base where 3 large
emplacements may be built). No more than 5 AA/AT emplacements can
be constructed within a 5km radius.
Supply units can refuel and rearm all ground units and aircraft within 5km
Naval bases will produce a Naval supply unit which can construct a coastal emplacement and refuel a ship within 5km They can also tow ships back to port to be repaired
Supply units can move up to 75km a turn
Ground units can move up to a 100km a turn using a quarter of their fuel
Ships can move up to 50km each turn using 1/3 of their fuel
Planes from aircraft carriers can only move up to 50km a turn
Aircraft can move up to 150km a turn
A craft can only move once a turn
For a base to be taken, all surrounding units must be destroyed and it
must be occupied for 1 turn, after which the occupying player can launch
from it.
The large base can have a radar station, up to 5 defensive
emplacements, each with an AA/AT cannon of any calibre and no
armour. It can fully refuel and rearm all vehicles within 5km instantly.
Medium bases can have a radar station, up to 3 defensive
emplacements, each with an AA cannon with a maximum calibre of
40mm or an AT cannon with a maximum calibre of 37mm. They can
fully refuel and rearm all vehicles within 5km instantly.
Small bases can have a radar station, up to 3 defensive emplacements,
each with an AA flak cannon with a maximum calibre of 20mm and no
armour. They can fully refuel and rearm all vehicles within 5km instantly.
Forward operating bases are not built with radar stations or defensive
emplacements. They can refuel and rearm fighters and attackers but not
bombers. They can be completely destroyed by 3000lbs of bombs
being dropped on them.
Ground Forces:
You can deploy 4 light tanks or 2 heavy tanks or a combination
Light tanks can have one layer of armor and up to one 20mm naval gun from NAS, can be used for AA or AT
Heavy Tanks can have two layers of armor in the front and one layer in the back and sides, it can have up to a 75mm AT/AA gun from NAS

Air Forces:
Aircraft will be made with the biplane parts from firespitter, they can have up to 3 pairs of wings
Fighter can have up to two 7.62mm guns
Attackers can have 1 7.62mm gun, a 7.62mm tailgun (requires a extra kerbal), and 1000lbs of bombs
Bombers can have up to 5 7.62mm tailguns (each requires a kerbal) and 3000lbs of bombs
You can launch 5 fighters, 3 attackers, 1 bomber, or a combination

Naval Forces:
You can launch up to 3 destroyer, 2 cruisers, or 1 battleship
Navy will start to be launched on the 5th turn
Destroyers can have up to 4 torpedos, 4 20mm AA, and 4 5 inch guns
Crusiers can have up to 4 torpedos, 6 20mm or 6 37mm AA, and 8 203mm cannons
Battleships can have up to 8 40mm AA, 4 5 inch AA, and up to 6 380mm cannons
