The Gemini and it's associated parts weigh far more than they did in history.
Without the time to research such materials I instead opt for building a larger launcher.
The Titan II-IV is the result and should be more than capable of pushing the Gemini into orbit even with two crew onboard and their supplies.
Rolling the Titan II-IV out to the main pad for the test launch, I decide to remove Jeb and perform the test by remote rather than risk any lives.
This decision turns out to be quite fortunate.
