Having established a location for our self-sustaining surface colony and communications network on Minmus, I wanted to create an orbiting space station, to primarily serve as an orbiting refuelling base for interplanetary spacecraft, but also to serve as a permanently crewed orbiting habitat above Kerbin's mintiest moon!
