Review of Kbuntu 13.04 final release with KDE 4.10.2, its more closely styled to Windows 7 than the other distros in the *buntu range.

The big improvement to this release is with the underlying system which is now more compatible to Windows 8 UEFI Secure boot enabled BIOS's.

Visable changes to the system include: Dolphin can mount MTP Android phones & tablets, Global Menu now available, Homerun (Unity style) Plasma widget menu now available for install, new Oxygen Cursors, new wallpaper, and many useful changes with the KDE applications.
