"This piano piece is divided into four seasons, representing the four seasons of the year, and is meant to be a place of rest for players. I wanted to make it a piece that you could listen to over and over again and still enjoy, so I took my time and made sure it was something that would make you feel good."

"The music played at the base is primarily piano-based. All performances were recorded at a studio in Berlin by Rieko. The piano recordings were then taken to the mountains, where, with the assistance of Listude, they were played back through a multi-faceted speaker system. This process was repeated on-site for field recording. The natural sounds of the mountains and ambient noise were captured, resulting in a recording that feels as though the pianist is performing in the mountains."

"When performing, I focused on creating piano sounds that harmonize with the delicate melodies and diverse electronic sounds in Chikara's music. I aimed for a modern yet warm sound, with phrases that flow smoothly while maintaining a strong rhythm. I had the opportunity to discuss the direction of the sound with the game's music production directors online, and we exchanged ideas about various sound qualities, including versions played with a metronome and versions with more free expression. We recorded together after thorough discussions. Additionally, for the intense boss battle music, I incorporated elements of free jazz while carefully ensuring that the scales and tones suited the game. The left-hand phrases were particularly challenging, and I remember struggling with them!"
