This song, which is also played in the tutorial at the beginning of the game, is a perfect example of the dark and bewitching worldview of “Kunitsu-Gami."

"Regarding the battle music at night, we recorded a Japanese drum ensemble in the mountains of Nara. We brought the drums into the mountains, performed an ensemble performance, and recorded the atmosphere of the mountains, the energy and enthusiasm of the performers, and the rawness of the performance as sound source material, which we then gave to Mr. Aoshima, who lives in Berlin, and he used it to create the music. The Japanese drum phrases recorded were also used in other battle music, and I feel that they played a role in unifying the music and texture of “Kunitsu-Gami”.
Since battle music is a type of music that is often heard, we made sure to preserve the individuality of the music without over-seasoning it."
