In this clip, SuperDuperKyle talks about why he named his latest LP "It's Not So Bad." He explained that making the new album was therapeutic for him because it occurred during the pandemic when he had to navigate from a dark state of mind to a happy place, mentally. The "iSpy" rapper also talks about collaborating with his producers in the studio and why it's important for him to work in a fun setting.
Later in the clip, SuperDuperKyle talks about how a DM to Craig David led to a genuine friendship with the UK R&B singer and the making of a hit song called "Unreplaceable." Kyle also gives his take on what it takes to be a successful independent record artist and the advantages that he no longer has because he is not signed to a major label anymore. Lastly, the Los Angeles based rapper talks about selling his music project as an NFT and the development on his brand new animated project with Colin Kaepernick.
