LA diaries: End of Friendships, Cherished Moments.
107Through my 10 years of friendship with Rena, I've learnt many things from this trip visiting her in LA - true trust is built on a real slow-burner. Any relationships with trauma-bonding should be auto-weary based on the broken trust resulting in those specific patterns in the friendship. Many of us find it hard to develop strong and lasting friendships or often feel lonely in our times alone- but I'm learning to enjoy alone time and build my muscles in treasuring time I get to spend with myself. Building social circles after building more understanding of who you are and why you are, and how much you love who and why you are is that much more fulfilling and full of love and laughter (and tears- but the good kind). Sending you hugs as 2022 comes to an end. I love you a lot.
