L.A. Noire - Cole vs Lorna and Leroy pt. 2 (A Marriage Made in Heaven)

Act 1: "Leroy's Last Dance"
0:00 - Invading the bedroom of the Pattison apartment, you can examine a hidden clue (an iron poker?) that you never see otherwise. It's pretty pointless, but still.
Unfortunately if you let the bedroom door close behind you, you're trapped inside forever.
0:16 - Leroy Sabo hangs out in the bedroom in one of the level finales. Talking to him makes the book in his hand glitch up and float in air a bit. If you look at the book more closely, you'll find out that the title is "LA Noire". So is he basically reading the script of this game? Way to break the fourth wall.
0:27 - His seat can be stolen by reloading from last save to force him to stand up, then just go and sit in his chair.
0:46 - On another attempt I'm more careful and keep the door open. I can now lure Leroy out of the apartment and into his doom. Since I can't use the front door of the apartment (a cutscene trigger is there), I forcibly open the back door using partner as aid.
1:22 - Stairs are glitchy in this game and you can't push this type of NPCs down them peacefully. Hence you have to use a nearby civilian to knock Leroy down all the way.
Fun fact: the two nearby civilians are actually scripted civilians who don't have a path to walk, so they will forever stand still. They're supposed to be props for the upcoming chase scene, so you can slightly sabotage the chase scene by killing them early... as happens on this video.
2:25 - Due to lack of extra civilians, I figure it's the easiest to shun Leroy using a car until he reaches the street.
2:43 - Then, Leroy Sabo was no more...
2:53 - The game remembers the two chase scene characters are still dead if you reload and start the chase sequence proper.
Act 2: "Lorna's Last Dance"
In the same level finale where Leroy Sabo is hanging out in the bedroom, you can sometimes find Lorna in the apartment too. But I think this requires you to not retry after leaving the Morgue. If you retry, she disappears into the shadows as usual.
3:09 - You can take Lorna out of the apartment pretty much the same route as Leroy. She too gets stuck on the stairs and has to be knocked down, but I apparently edited this tedious part out.
3:22 - Again, to have more civilians to use, I shun Lorna to the street area using a car.
3:46 - After these slight issues, Lorna too meets her end... Cole's grim mission is now accomplished.
