This is my play through for the second case on the vice desk (without DLC cases). It is a fairly straight forward mission. In this video, I show you all the clues to be picked up and all the interview questions and answers. If you follow this video, you will achieve 5 stars, just be careful when you are driving around and not crashing into other things and cars.

There is The Moose Trophy in this mission, you need to Follow Candy Edwards without using cover or incognito. If you get caught, you will need to reload your game to be able to achieve the trophy
